Terms and Conditions
Please read all conditions before you proceed with your booking.
Our terms and conditions are a contract with you and Field of dogs. When we state "we" "us" "our" we do refer to Field of dogs and are not acting on any other providers. If you do not agree to the below terms and conditions please do not use our services. These terms and conditions may change from time to time so please do check if you are continuing you use our website and services.
Field of Dogs do not hold responsible for any lost, damage or injury to owner, vehicle or dog while at Field of dogs. Field of dogs are registered to a veterinary service if required. This cost of veterinary service will be down to owner of the dog and not us nor the veterinary services. Any damage will and should be noted at time of event or this may incur costs if not made promptly.
Unfortunately we do not allow illegal dog breeds, please do email us for more information regarding this. Booking slots can be rejected at anyone time. If a booking is cancelled on behalf of us we will issue a full refund.
Services
- Sole use of the allocated field provided. (signed gate)
- Water provided for dog drinking use only.
- Bowls for dogs are available (must not be removed at any one time)
- Poop bags are available. (if you forget your own)
- Parking for one car only on Crouch Lane.
- Max 4 large dog breeds at one time.
- Max 5 mixed sizes dog breeds at one time.
- Max 6 small dog breeds at one time.
- Access to us will be from footpath off of Crouch Lane.
- Parking for one car available on Crouch Lane next to ropes of the property to the Acers
- Dog Agility Equipment can be provided
- Can be used at your own risk
- We do not hold responsible for any injury to you or your dog.
- Puppies are advised not to use equipment until they are at least 1 year old.
- If equipment is damage on your session you will be expected to pay or replace the item.
- Equipment should not be removed once you have requested the equipment.
Rules
- Arrive no earlier than 5 minutes before your allocated time.
- No climbing or opening of other gater other than the one for your use.
- Do not feed the other animals on site.
- Remove dog foul and take away with you.
- Close gate after use with coded lock.
- Code will/may be change at any one time.
- NO illegal dogs allowed.
- Owners are to be responsible for the care of their dog/s at all times
- Dogs are not allowed to be left alone at anyone time during your play session.
- Removal of all waste in the field and take home with you.
Booking
- Booking time slots must be made 24 hours before booking a slot.
- After you have requested a time slot you will be sent a confirmation email and payment link with code for the use of the field.
- Once payment has been made this will be your slot.
- If you need a booking slot on the same day there maybe be charges applied.
- When booking, breed of dogs must be stated.
- Max 6 Dogs to one person. unless large breeds then it will be 4
- Full name and Contact number must be given at time of booking.
- Payment is to be received through a payment link that will be provided at booking.
- By clicking and confirming your booking you are entering an agreement with Field of dogs.
Payment,
- Payment for booking will be paid before the time slot.
- The price of services may be changed by us at any one time. We will never change a price after a booking slot has been made.
- We do not sell our services in any country other than the UK.
- Payment of damaged facilities will be charged to your account or you will be unable to use our services.
Cancellations, Refunds and Charges
- Refunds are only made if a valid reason for cancellation.
- A valid reason for cancellation after 24 hr notice will need a vet note.
- Your vet will be contacted to clarify.
- Refunds will be issued after all clarified which may take 3-5 working days.
- No refund will be made if you do not turn up to your time slot.
- If you arrive late you will still only have you selected time.
- Time slots can not be moved unless on the same day and/or we have availability.
- Not removing dog poop will require a charge of £5 and a penalty will be issued.
- 3 Penalty will required a ban from our services and premises.
- A booking can be cancelled by us at anyone time. If this occurs a full refund will be issued,
Coupons
- Coupons are subject to availability on services.
- We may reject your booking if the coupons have been used inappropriately.
- Coupons can be withdrawn at any one time.
- A value may be applied to a coupon for a minimum bookings.
Vet for Emergencies
- Forest House Veterinary Group are used if in state of an emergency.
